Adlen has undertaken assignments for 22 companies within the CAC 40 and has participated in transformation programs spanning over 33 countries. His responsibilities have encompassed designing transformation plans, integrating banking ERPs like Temenos or Sopra Bank, implementing digital CRM solutions, and restructuring IT departments and system architectures.
Additionally, Adlen has collaborated with various startups in the realms of artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and Big Data.
